Buyer Beware: Biden’s Gun Store Sells False Advertising

Can someone please tell me where I can buy a case of these?

Once again, Creepy Uncle Joe is working to be Gun Salesman of the Year!

In the aftermath of this week’s murderous rampage by a deranged killer inside an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, gun sales have reportedly “rocketed” and the Second Amendment Foundation said today that President Joe Biden and his Democrat colleagues in Congress have only themselves to blame.

“Whether he likes it or not, Joe Biden is largely responsible for this,” said SAF founder and Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb. “When he went on national television to provide comfort to a grieving nation, and instead launched a tirade against law-abiding firearm owners and gun manufacturers, he only further divided the country and used the bully pulpit of the presidency to foment irrational fear and loathing of businesses and especially people who have absolutely no connection to the crime.

“In their bid to spread hysteria and hate,” he continued, “Biden and his fellow Democrat gun prohibitionists on Capitol Hill, led by Sen. Charles Schumer, have actually talked more people into buying more guns. Stock prices at Smith & Wesson and Sturm, Ruger & Company have reportedly spiked.

Runner-up Gun Salesman of the Year David Hogg is himself owned by this commenter.

“If Biden and his gun prohibitionist pals are concerned there are too many guns in civilian hands,” he added, “they should lower their rhetoric and cut back on their attacks on our constitutional rights. The public realizes the importance of the Second Amendment, which guarantees we will have the tools to defend ourselves against the kinds of dangerous lunatics that liberal policies have allowed to roam free.”

Earlier this week, SAF and the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms issued a joint statement in reaction to the unspeakable attack at Robb Elementary in Uvalde.

“We are all Americans,” Gottlieb stated, “and we all are devastated by the psychopathic actions of an individual who had, it is now emerging, exhibited warning signs that appear to have been ignored. But Americans are not ignoring the warning signs from gun prohibitionists that they are about to accelerate their crusade against the Second Amendment.

“That’s why more people are rushing to gun shops,” he said. “There is no small irony in the fact that Biden, Schumer and their anti-gun colleagues are the driving force behind this sudden spike in gun sales. Joe Biden may go down in history as a better gun salesman than Barack Obama or Bill and Hillary Clinton, and that’s no small accomplishment. Biden may be remembered as the ‘Top Gun’ of retail firearm sales.”

Joey “The Rat” Biden is either dumb as a post OR has figured out a way to profit from this.

A consequence of the recent atrocity in Uvalde, Texas is the typical, left-of-center, knee-jerk reaction that “we need more gun control.” As of the writing of this rant, Congress is considering a bevy of eight gun control proposals ranging from the ubiquitous ” ban high capacity magazines,” “ban assault weapons,” and “ban ‘ghost’ guns” to raising the age upon which a citizen can purchase a shotgun, center-fire rifle, and their ammo from 18 to 21. At the risk of vulgarity, “this pisses me off!”Although all are typical (Karen) anti-gun talking points, raising the age limit seems to be more problematic than the others.
To belabor a point, Amendment II of the U. S. Constitution reads, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” Militia may be the operative word, here.
    U. S. Code defines the militia of the United States as “all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and . . . under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard (10 USC § 246). Thus, U. S. Code suggests males between 17 and 21 constitutionally cannot be deprived of the individual right to keep and bear arms, since they are legally identified as members of the militia necessary to the State’s security.
However, if the penchant of Congress is to raise the age at which a citizen privately can obtain arms, i.e., a shotgun or center-fire rifle, due to the minor’s psychological and emotional immaturity, coupled with the implied propensity toward psychological and emotional instability, then it also seems reasonable that the definition of militia in U. S. Code must be modified from “all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age,” to “all able-bodied males at least 21 years of age. . . .” It follows that such a modification would also mean minors between 17 and 21 would not be eligible for a military draft, or for voluntary service therein (at least without his or her parent or guardians’ consent), also due to the minor’s propensity toward psychological and emotional instability.
Further, if Congress defines the legal adulthood/rite of passage marker as 21, then Amendment XXVI (the right to vote at 18) must also be repealed since, by Congressional fiat, those under 21 would be psychologically and emotionally ill-equipped to render cogent voting decisions.

If the GOP caves on the Loony Left’s push for Gun Control, they’ll lose their chances in November. Guarantee it. Time for the GOP to Nut Up or Shut Up.

We the People will Not Tolerate Totalitarian Joe’s Gun Grab.

Ken – but but but “fixing the people problem” would require real work, such as holding individuals accountable and responsible for their actions among other decisive actions. Why on earth would the left want to do that when it is sooooo much easier for them to simply scream and shout and run about and in particular scream “do something”. I find it ‘interesting’ that they never come up with any legitimate solutions except of course to screech for further restrictions on tens of millions of folks who had absolutely nothing to do with any of the atrocities. They would much rather try to fix the blame on innocent folks than actually fix the problems.

I guess he’d need a diaper change if he heard my .44 mag go off. I wonder if he’s heard of an S&W .500 or .460?

As I recall, it was reported that when bill clinton left office he gave obama the advice to not F with the guns as it was a losing proposition. Apparently if this is true, obama did not pass on the advice to his sleepy buddy joey. The same reaction has occurred every time any standing president has tried to put anything in place to deal with “the gun issue”. They don’t get it. It is not a gun issue! It is a multi-variate issue that includes but is not limited to mental health, red flag laws, parental/family/friend awareness, social media scanning, school reporting, etc. A gun is an object. It does not make choices of right and wrong. People do! Let’s focus on fixing the people problem.
