19 Country Stars Who Need To Find a New Country

They have Wide Open Spaces in Russia, too. Just sayin’.

Always remember: Keep your hands and feet inside the ride at all times, and don’t feed the gun-grabbers!

Headlined by Tim McGraw, Reba McEntire, Faith Hill, and Taylor Swift, 19 prominent County music artists have been added to the Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms’ (CCRKBA) gun prohibitionist list.

The list of performers, obviously tone deaf to their core audience as well as oblivious to the Second Amendment, have clearly declared their disdain for reasonable self-defense, according to the website Taste of Country. Their names have been included on the list of “Don’t Feed the Gun Prohibitionists,” an ongoing project of the CCRKBA altering gun owners and citizens of those who donate to anti-gun control entities, or who publicly speak out against basic liberties.

Here is the complete list of anti-gun Country artists.

Dierks Bentley
Lee Brice
Rosanne Cash
Eric Church
Karen Fairchild
Faith Hill
Tyler Hubbard
Lady Antebellum
Tim McGraw
Reba McEntire
Lori McKenna
Maren Morris
John Osborn
TJ Osborn
Margo Price
Sturgill Simpson
Taylor Swift
Jimi Westbrook

“It is shocking that the culture of Country music has been infiltrated by liberal politics,” remarked CCRKBA Chairman Alan Gottlieb. “Apparently, these figureheads who are wildly popular across middle America fail to recognize the importance of fundamental rights to law-abiding citizens and public safety.”

Diva Taylor Swift has been a thorn in the side of firearms advocates after she donated a large sum of money to March for Our Lives organization, a Michael Bloomberg funded entity promoting gun control. The singer has also been a proponent of firearms restrictions reflected through several viral social media posts.

“These Country music performers may be talented on the stage, but have clearly missed a couple of notes in giving a lackluster performance in regards to civics,” quipped Gottlieb. “Unfortunately, their celebrity status gives them a certain amount of credibility to the masses and the ability to spread propaganda and myths that are a detriment to the Second Amendment.

“It is both ironic and disappointing that some of these artists employ armed security professionals,” said Gottlieb. “The hypocrisy of the left never fails and is an unrelenting force against gun rights ultimately wasting valuable resources to battle against the nonsense.”

The “Don’t Feed the Gun Prohibitionists” project was launched in 2019 by Gottlieb, and takes information obtained from the Federal Election Commission database and other sources to inform the public about those in the business world and celebrities who donate, or are aligned with the anti-gun movement.

I only recognize about half of those names, but only because their management keeps their names in the news. I don’t listen to any of these FAKE country artists, because they play and sing POP music. The best way to respond to these phonies is to stop buying the crap music they put out. Then when they end up on a list like this, you can be like me and say to yourself, “Who are they talking about, and why should I care?”

It would have been nice if the writer of this article listed each of the things that all of these performers allegedly did to get put on this list. It’s easy to call someone “anti-gun“, but unless you tell us what they have done to earn that title, I’m not going to automatically assume that the article is correct.

Did he attack one of your favorite artists? You gonna have to take down a poster now?

They are only showing the world that their head is buried in their backside or they are communists.

The people on the list are entertainers, they are in front of you for entertainment only.

    • Flea

      January 14, 2023 at 1:17 pm

Then they should entertain… and otherwise shut up, right?

  5. Missing Sequences

    January 13, 2023 at 10:39 am

    Stop worshiping celebrities.

If Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are so anti-gun, why did they sign up for “1883”, which has an ungodly amount of shootings in it? Couldn’t be for money and fame, could it?

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are long time major liberals. No surprise here, although some on the list is a little surprising. What is surprising is how many country fans put so much stock in entertainers of all ilk.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. As long as it lines their pockets, it’s ok. Hypocrites.

Liam Niesen is also anti-gun even though he makes his money in action shows shooting people. His comeback was that movies aren’t real. Sure bet he has armed security.

I saw Lee Brice at the NRA convention so someone needs to contact him to see if this is true. I’m currently skeptical.

Oh boy this went south fast. Stop talking conspiracy and think about it…we have a right to own, and bear arms, those of us who truly understand this are not the threat, and therefore should not be the target.
Want to end gun violence? Start recognizing that our country’s core values have eroded to the point people are truly sick. Pretty obvious. Where have our family values gone?

It is sad to see that some really good performers are against the Second Amendment. They are entitled to their own opinion but should not use their celebratory status to tray to go against the Second Amendment. Most gun owners are law-abiding citizens.

You are 100% correct but too little is mentioned about the phenomenon that begun about the same time shootings started, in early 80’s, VIDEO GAMES. In the 40’s through the 80’s school kids had old shotguns in their cars, they only hunted animals because they hadn’t been exposed to thousands of killings or played games where the winner had the most KILLS.

Thanx for publishing this list of opponents to the Second Amendment. They help support the anti 2A crowd??? I will not support these Liberals moving forward.

Is one supposed to actually give a hoot regarding the supposed or actual stated preferences of these so called “celebrities”? If so, pray tell why?

    • Big Al 45

      January 13, 2023 at 2:07 pm

Because as celebrities, many younger people are indeed influenced by them, and I suppose some older.
Just because it’s Country, doesn’t mean they don’t have similar influence as that of a Rock celebrity.

      • Alan

        January 14, 2023 at 12:55 am

Point taken. That said, why on earth would any reasonably intelligent individual take seriously the maudlin ramblings of “entertainers”?

        • Flea

          January 14, 2023 at 1:21 pm

          Are you kidding?

Look around. Most people are sheep.

Surprised with Reba being on that list. She is from a rodeo family in small town Oklahoma and I know Okies in general are pro gun.

    • G-person

      January 12, 2023 at 6:34 pm

I read a interview she gave a while back and she stated that she grow up shooting and hunting as a young girl, but when she got older she had no use for guns so she slowly realised guns wher not needed anymore so she started supporting antigun canidates and movements.
Of course guns were needed to protect her from her fans so that was fine.
That interview was when I lost all respect for her and have not listened to her since.

    • Marty

      January 13, 2023 at 12:45 pm

I began believing Reba was an anti gunner when she sponsored a gun buy back program many years ago. This pretty much confirmed my suspiciousions.

  14. Tom Dissinger

    January 12, 2023 at 3:30 pm

If Lee Brice is so anti-gun, why is he performing at the SCI convention?

  15. Stephen Small

    January 12, 2023 at 3:25 pm

I do not cancel people because they have different opinions on issues.
That is what the Left does, not real Conservatives

    • G-Person

      January 12, 2023 at 6:37 pm

Not cancelling them, just not giving the our money to spend against us.

    • Michael Big

      January 13, 2023 at 10:12 am

I don’t cancel over different opinions but when actively trampling my rights, I take that personal.

    • John C

      January 14, 2023 at 7:33 am

You are right it is the left that cancels amongst many other things, we on the right believe in the constitution and the right of others to have different views. As previously mentioned, we are just not going to support them with our hard earned money. Thank you for the update listing.

  16. Garry

    January 12, 2023 at 3:06 pm

These people don’t care about who or if anyone listens to there music. They are already filthy rich.

  17. Joe Henderson

    January 12, 2023 at 2:18 pm

At the top of that list you can put GARTH BROOKS. The jackass performed at Biden’s fake inauguration.

    • Alan

      January 12, 2023 at 5:25 pm

      He gets paid to perform.

    • Big Al 45

      January 13, 2023 at 2:09 pm

Well, Garth is pretty much a huge fake ass Country boy anyway. And a wuss.
